Article 1 - Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded between ADSO Diffusion (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") on the website rollingposters.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2 - Products
Rolling Posters offers illustrated decorative posters produced in high-quality print. The essential characteristics of each product (dimensions, finish, style) are described on each product page. Visuals shown on the website are as faithful as possible to the actual products, but may vary slightly depending on your screen display settings.
Poster presentations in interior settings are fictional examples for illustration purposes only. The format of the poster received by the Customer depends solely on the size chosen at the time of ordering. Some formats shown may not be available for purchase.
Colours displayed on the website depend on each user's screen calibration and cannot guarantee 100% accurate reproduction of the actual printed poster colour. Print colours may be slightly lighter or darker depending on the substrate.
Production times indicated on product pages are given as estimates. Delivery times, which depend on the shipping method chosen by the Customer, are in addition to production times.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). ADSO Diffusion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed. Delivery costs are indicated before final order confirmation.
Article 4 - Order
An order is confirmed after:
- Selecting products and adding to cart
- Entering delivery information
- Choosing a delivery method
- Confirming and paying
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after payment is validated. ADSO Diffusion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous payment or suspicion of fraud.
Any request to modify an order (item or delivery address) must be made within 24 hours of payment confirmation to be taken into account. After this deadline, no modification can be guaranteed.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure provider PayPlug. The transaction is encrypted using the SSL protocol. The Customer's bank details are never transmitted to ADSO Diffusion. The charge is made at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 6 - Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary. ADSO Diffusion cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or events beyond its control, nor for damage caused by the carrier during transit.
In the event of damage observed on receipt, the Customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact ADSO Diffusion within 48 hours at: contact@rollingposters.com
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@rollingposters.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Return costs are at the Customer's expense.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made to the consumer's specifications (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Article 8 - Legal warranties
All products benefit from the following legal warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect

Article 9 - Intellectual property
All illustrations and creations offered on rollingposters.com are the property of the Rolling Posters brand and protected by copyright. The purchase of a poster grants the Customer a personal, non-commercial right of use. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 10 - Personal data
The processing of personal data collected during orders is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the ADSO Diffusion customer service team at contact@rollingposters.com in order to find an amicable solution.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 12 - Updates to T&Cs
ADSO Diffusion reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time the order is placed.
