Destinations
Every vintage travel poster from Rolling Posters is born from a place truly explored and photographed. Inspired by the great tourist posters of the 1930s–1950s, our illustrations cover France, Italy, Norway, Scotland and many more destinations. Find the travel poster that tells the story of your favourite place.
There is something timeless about the great travel posters of the 1930s–1950s. That way of distilling a place to its essence — a colour, a silhouette, a light — to capture its soul better than any photograph could. That is exactly the spirit of Rolling Posters.
Every vintage travel poster in our collection was born from a real adventure. We set off as a family, camera in hand, wandering the back streets of Rome, tracing the Norwegian fjords, crossing the Scottish Highlands or drifting through the markets of Berlin. These road images were reinterpreted as vector illustrations in the tradition of the poster artists of the 30s–50s: vivid colours, graphic flat tones, clean shapes, a soft and timeless atmosphere.
Discover the stories behind these journeys on our blog The Rolling Trippers — and hang the memory on your walls.
